Refund Policy

At Oney Studio, we are committed to delivering exceptional digital services that meet your business objectives. To ensure clarity and transparency, the following refund policy outlines the conditions and processes regarding refunds. No Refund for Completed Work

Due to the intangible and digital nature of the services provided, all payments made for services already rendered are non-refundable. This policy applies in all cases, including but not limited to:

  • The full completion of agreed-upon deliverables.
  • Partial usage or non-usage of the services within the contracted period.
  • Any dissatisfaction with the final outcome after the work has been delivered as per the agreed scope.

We highly encourage clear and continuous communication throughout the project to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

Service Adjustments

If you are not fully satisfied with the results of the services provided, please notify Oney Studio promptly by emailing hello@oney.studio.

Upon receiving your feedback, we will:

  1. Review the details of your concern.
  2. Address any discrepancies or misalignments in the service delivered.
  3. Implement adjustments or corrections within the scope of the original agreement, as necessary, to align with the agreed-upon objectives.

Please note that adjustments are made at our discretion and are limited to the terms specified in the original agreement.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you choose to cancel the service before the end of the billing period:

  • No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the service.
  • The service will remain active and fully provided until the end of the current billing period.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to hello@oney.studio with at least 7 business days' notice before the next billing cycle begins.

Additional Notes

  • Refunds are not applicable to administrative fees, consulting fees, or any third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client.
  • Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis for extraordinary circumstances, such as errors in billing.
  • Any requests for adjustments or cancellations should include detailed information about the nature of the issue, project timelines, and relevant communication to ensure timely resolution.
